Wintermitts Concert

Vancouver Band Wintermitts will be playing at the Apollo May 23 to promote their new release, Océans.Called a "jangly, horn-laden love affair between French Cabaret pop and rain-swept Pacific Northwest folk" (Francois Marchand, Vancouver Sun), Océans is Wintermitts' most ambitious album to date. Songs move freely between French and English lyrics and feature eclectic instrumentation (accordion, glockenspiel, brass, banjo, and more!) not often found in a contemporary pop context.
