Camp Quality is for the whole family. Childhood cancer survivors and their siblings 7 – 17 attend Camp Quality. When summer fun is over family programs are offered. Help make the joy of camp and the healing power of laughter possible for more children this summer!

This milestone event will be an evening filled with nostalgia, laughter, and celebration as we honour the rich history of theatre in Thunder Bay and the countless artists, volunteers, and supporters who have brought productions to life over the years.

Enjoy a night of delicious dining, music, and dancing, along with special tributes to the many performances and people that have shaped Cambrian Players into the thriving theatre company it is today while also celebrating the many other theatre companies which help make Thunder Bay a rich destination for arts and culture seekers. Whether you’ve been part of our journey from the beginning or are a newcomer to our stage, we invite you to raise a glass with us and celebrate 75 years of storytelling, creativity, and community.

Monthly Makers Market at Wazison Arts

Saturday, June 28 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is June’s Monthly Makers Market at Wazison Arts (1075 Carrick Street, Thunder Bay).

This is a regularly occurring pop-up market the last Saturday of every month where local artists, artisans, and makers set up tables of their works for the public to come and browse. Enjoy the talent of local creators and enjoy some complimentary drinks and snacks as well as enter into the door prize. Prizes change every month. This month the prize is a magic bullet that includes a 12oz and a 20oz blending cup as well as an 18oz travel mug plus a recipe book. Additional prizes with the “health & wellness” theme will be added for a total package value of $250.

This is also Angie’s birthday so expect cake and some special grab bags for the first 20 visitors.

33rd Annual Mini Go Ride

Come for a scenic, fun, non-competitive bicycle ride that is also a fundraiser for United Way of Thunder Bay (UWTB). Ride through country roads starting and ending at the Neebing Roadhouse at the corner of Hwy 61 and 20th Side Road. The bike routes will be primarily on back roads with 4 different routes, a short, medium, long and extra long route. The distances are approximately: 10, 20, 50, and 100 km. After the ride, you are welcome inside the Neebing Roadhouse and visit with others while ordering from their menu, listening to live music, and winning draw prizes.
