THUNDER BAY: IT’S TIME TO GET WILD, COMPETITIVE, AND COVERED IN SIDEWALK DUST.
The Cumberland Street Block Party is coming in hot on Saturday, June 28 — and if you’re reading this and not already signed up for something, you’re either about to, or you're getting ready to tell your friends and family all about it!
CHALK THE BLOCK is back — Thunder Bay’s most chaotic and charming sidewalk art contest.
• 3’ x 3’ concrete canvases (cracks and character included)
• $15 entry – all going to Our Kids Count
• Drawing starts at 12PM, ends at 4PM
• 24 spots. First come, first served. You vs. the pavement.
Deadline to register: June 25
Then we pivot from art to war.
The Tug of War Tournament hits the block at 3PM.
• Teams of 5
• $500 prize and eternal glory
• $200 per team – all in support of Our Kids Count
Still a few spots left. Assemble your weirdest crew.
